You can cancel an order up to three hours before shipment. For cake preorders, a three-day cancellation notice is required. Refunds will be made via the payment method you used at checkout.
For food safety reasons, we will not be able to accept returns for any reason.

within a day of your receiving of the delivery. Replacements and refund requests will be reviewed case-by-case. We will try to get back to you as soon as we can.
